Mandatory Requirement
The mandatory requirement for each applicant :
1. Ability to effectively read, write and speak English
2. Good listening & communication skills and able to follow instructions.
3. 2+ years' experience in a 5-star hotel, cruise ship or high-profile restaurant performing the function of a similar position
4. 21 years or above
5. Experience in high volume operation or at least 100 meals per service.
6. Certification from accredited advance food safety program, extensive knowledge in VSP prefer (Galley Team)
7. Degree from accredited culinary college or university.
