- Male.
- Has Navigational Watchkeeping certificate.
- Having STCW/BST Certificate.
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- Latest job experience should be no more than 2 years ago.
- Good command of English. Candidates need to meet the minimum standard of command of English. Testing consist of verbal, written and computerized test on grammar, listening and conversation.
- Minimum 22 years old and maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum height for male160 cm.
- Only for Indonesians Nationalities
