MAERSK SHIP MANAGEMENT CATERING
| Chief Cook | CCK | Requirement:
- Valid CH.CK Certificate
- 18 months seagoing experience as 2nd cook on Company vessels with recommendation for promotion.
- New recruit at least 12 months seagoing experience as CH.CK with good references.
- Age between 25 and 45 (upon first appointment in rank)
- Familiarity with ordering and preparing multinational cuisines (included experience with European cuisine).
- Capability of handling provision accounting and administration
- To be conversant with budgetary control, stock control, ordering, storing system etc.
- Be familiar with the operations and maintenance of all catering and galley equipment
- Ability to undertake ships clerical work, accounts and port papers
- English ability
- Able to have a normal English conversation
- Able to express ideas and instructions in writing
- Comprehending Maritime English at a level commensurate with the function.
- Nationalities Indonesians.
