Requirement:

• Valid ratings certificate as deck watch keeper and engine watch keeper endorsed under STCW Regulation II/4.
• At least 36 months sea-going of which at least 12 months as deck rating.
• If new recruit, at least 36 months sea-going experience of which 12 months as Able Seaman on ocean-going vessels with good references.
• Age between 22 and 35 years (at first appointment in rank).
• Good records on watch keeping and seamanship skills.
• Ability to communicate in English at a level
  - Sufficient to do on board duties.
  - Sufficient to understand and perform emergency duties.
• Nationalities Indonesians.
