Requirement:

• Valid 'Ratings Certificate' as deck watch keeper AND engine watch keeper endorsed under STCW Regulations II/4.
• At least 36 months sea service as AB/Wiper on ocean-going ships.
• For new recruit, at least 36 months sea service of which at least 12 months sea-going experience as Bosun on container ships with good evaluations.
• Age between 22 and 45 years (at first appointment in rank).
• Good records on watch keeping, seamanship and leadership skills.
• English ability
  - Able to have a normal English conversation.
  - Able to express ideas and instructions in writing.
  - Comprehending Maritime English at a level commensurate with the function.
• Nationalities Indonesians.
